How do you communicate technical advantages of medical software? By emphasising the emotional added value.

A Magnetic Resonance Scanner (MR) software update helps medical teams work more efficiently, in part because of improved image quality. Philips wants to capture the benefits of the new software. To raise awareness of the update, a video was developed that captures the effect of the software on the user, without emphasising technical facts and figures.

To show what effect the new software has on medical teams, we highlighted the benefits from an emotional standpoint. It's those people who ultimately have to work with it, so it's important that it feels right to them
